I started ReadyFlow AI because I saw how much time businesses lose on manual work that could run itself.
Timofei is both an engineer and an economist — technical depth and commercial sense in one person. His background is unusually hands-on: 5 years in health & beauty at private clinics, where he rose from staff to manager, then director, then owner — so he knows that business inside out, from the front desk to the finances. Then 4 years in crypto trading and market analytics, and 3 years in fintech as a business-development manager. For the last 2 years he's worked full-time in AI and automation — AI-powered websites, workflow automation and prompt engineering — exactly what ReadyFlow builds. He's run these businesses and now builds for them: he understands both the owner's problems and the technology that actually solves them.
