No. We handle the technical side end to end — design, build, launch and setup. You just share what your business needs, and we take care of the rest. Everything is delivered ready to use.
Just a short description of your business and the task — what you want to achieve, plus any examples you like. For some projects we'll also need a few materials (your texts, logo, or access to relevant accounts). We'll tell you exactly what's needed on the call.
Yes — that's a big part of the job. We integrate with the tools you already work in: CRMs, Google Sheets, your website, messengers, calendars and more. The goal is one connected flow, not another disconnected tool to babysit.
Often, yes. We can extend, fix or rebuild what you already have, or add a bot or automation on top of it. On the free call we'll look at what you've got and tell you honestly whether it's better to build on it or start fresh.
Wherever possible we build on your own accounts and hosting, so everything stays under your control. Some third-party services carry their own costs — a domain, hosting, or AI usage, for example — and we're upfront about those before you commit. Our work itself is a one-off project price unless you choose ongoing support.
We take it seriously. We build on your own accounts and infrastructure where possible, we never sell or reuse your data, and we keep access limited to what the project needs. Anything that collects customer data is set up to handle it responsibly.
Yes. We set things up so the everyday changes — text, prices, content — are easy to make yourself, and we show you how. For bigger changes or new features, we're one message away.
We fix bugs in delivered work for free for a short period after launch. Beyond that, ongoing support, updates and new features are paid and agreed together. The Pro package includes priority post-launch support, so you're first in line when you need us.
You do. Once the project is paid for, the website, bot or automation — and its code — are yours, and we build on your own accounts and domains where possible so everything stays under your control. If we feature the project in our portfolio or testimonials, we anonymize it — no client names or logos.
Payment is typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, with the exact terms set in your written proposal. For larger projects we can split it into milestones, so you pay as clear stages are completed.
Revisions are part of the process — we refine the work with you until it's right, within the agreed scope. Larger additions beyond the original scope are quoted separately, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We work remotely with clients internationally — communication is in English or Russian, and we're comfortable across time zones. Calls and updates happen online.
