How it is processed
Submissions are delivered to us through the Telegram Bot API, so the content of your message passes through Telegram's infrastructure in transit. We receive it in a private Telegram chat. No submission data is stored in a database on this website.
Data retention
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and then delete them on request or when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it.
